This website has been playing up a little for me this morning. Pages keep timing out. Seems to work if I try again though.

Been absolutely stable this end, I would suggest it is a local issue.

Permanently, always. Although I suspect it often the PC and just seems to be the connection.

What type of internet connection do you have? If you are using ADSL then you are at the mercy of the phone line traffic at the exchange . You could dowload and run Name Bench to see if you have the fastest DNS server . What OS are you using ? and what browser are you using? Have you tried rebooting your modem or router to see if this makes any difference.
