Chicken tikka starter
Lamb and coconut curry, chicken bhuna, pilau rice naan bread

Peach (well actually, nectarine) mousse cake with raspberries for pud, or raspberry swirl ice cream.

Thai sweet chilli beef stir fry, yum!!
Nasi goreng, with shredded pork and a spicy sauce - it was yummy!
A tin of Heinz tomato soup. I'm trying to cut down and I've had a lot of rich food lately.
That chicken tikka starter sounds nice.. Me and Mrs Sammmo started the GI diet this week..Well she started it and told me i had to aswell..We had salmon with dill and a salad.. it was lovely.. Does anyone know If theres such a thing as a GI low curry recipe around anywhere?
Well the OH never made it to the supermarket. Consequently we had homemade spaghetti with meatballs in tomato sauce followed by bread and butter pudding. He IS funny, he looks in the fridge and says "there's no food", and thinks he is going to starve. Bless.
