You can also fry some onions and mushrooms, fry the chicken. Remove from the pan, add white wine, reduce slightly, add double cream and bring to the boil. Put the chicken, mushrooms and onions in the pan and heat through
I make this quite a lot too, it's lovely:

i found this in a mary berry recipe book a few weeks ago and have made it a number of times now as it's so easy, with not too many ingredients and is sooo tasty!!! mustard chicken. recipe for 4 is 4 chicken breasts cut into strips , fried in a medium hot pan with 1 tablespon of olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic crushed. after a few minutes lift the chicken and garlic out of the pan . mix 1 tablespoon of plain flour with a little single cream from a 150ml measure to a smooth paste then mix in remaining cream.cook cream on a lowered heat until thickened after 2 mins or so then add 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard. heat thru and add seasoning then return chicken and garlic and cook for a further few minutes. and viola!!! note i'm not keen on mustard but this is lovely creamy dish.
