Queen of Puddings,

HI Everyone,I was wondering how to get the recipe for the dessert Queen of pudding,I'd never heard of it until it was the answer in a crossword,neither had my friends.

It is yummy - I haven't got a recipe but recall that it is custardy, with a layer of jam on top and meringue on top of that. My mum made it years ago. I'm sure you could google the recipe
