velux windows

Does anyone know if all velux windows have an opener of one kind or another. I have looked on their website and don't seem able to find a non opening one but there are so many it's hard to wade through them all. We are having a new downstairs bathroom built with velux windows in the roof, just for the extra light, there will be adequate ventilation. I don't believe that it is necessary to go to the expense of having a window to open which we probably won't use. There won't be the need to have to get out through it as there is access to outside very near by in case of fire.
