its excellent stuff, my son uses it and it does what it says on the box.. it gets results ;)
my 4 year old grand-daughter has it for chronic constipation. Two poos in 6weeks so bunged up big time!! The only difficulty is in getting it in to her. it tastes horrible even with added orange juice. However they are persevering and she is gradually un-bunging. Poor little girl, it must be so uncomfortable for her!Don't know why I'm telling you all this, but yes Movicol works!
Whatever happened to good old-fashioned senna pods? No fuss, no namby-pamby waiting 8 - 10 hours lark, boil 'em up, drink it down and bang! business done!

movicol is good for chronic constipation,or fybogel for less chronic, otherwise sennacot to help day to day.
Its not only for chronic constipation, it is also a preventative, some people have it twice a day every day.

Interestingly Fybogel can also be used to treat diarrhoea.
