No that is not correct, getting a conviction has nothing to do with what you personally think is rape! the definition of rape is defined by law not your personal view.
Ratter is correct. It is not what you think or believe or feel. It has to be orifice penetration against ones will. It is clearly laid down by statute what constitutes rape, it is not 'what you feel etc'
