There couldn't be a more befitting saying.

/// Parts of the dossier come from registrar of St Paul’s, Nicholas Cottam, who wrote to a corporation official outlining the disruptions faced by the cathedral.///
The St Paul's officials should have thought of the consequences when they welcomed these lay-abouts with open arms.
And the council what can be said about them?
Providing toilets, rubbish bins and street cleaning operatives, all at the council tax payers, while at the same time spending a 'fortune' in legal costs.
You just couldn't make it up, it could only happen in this country, anywhere else the police would have moved in, and had them removed long ago.

I used to be proud being British, still am in a little way, but we must be a laughing stock to the rest of the World to be putting up with this garbage at St Paul's, it would never have got this far in other Country's, they would have had the water cannon treatment.
All this human rights crap and health and safety laws seems to be taking over this, what was a great place to live!!!!
Amen.

<<You have a lot to say in defence of these protesters>>
No not once - just a defence of objectivity and factual reporting
<<but let's turn your argument round shall we?... referring to the EDL ...evidence ... Where is it? >>
It would seem that without any direct proof, one size fits all.>>>
BBC News Report (one of many)
<<The leader of the English Defence League (EDL) has been convicted of assault after headbutting a member of his group during a rally in Blackburn.
Stephen Lennon, 28, goaded his followers during a rally attended by 2,000 EDL members in April, Preston Magistrates' Court heard.
He verbally abused Alan McKee, 33, before attacking him.
Lennon who denied common assault, was found guilty of the charge. Sentencing was adjourned to 3 November.
The bench heard Mr Lennon launched a tirade against Mr McKee, calling him a "degenerate mug", before trouble broke out.
Mr McKnee was pulled from the crowd for his safety. But he later confronted Mr Lennon about his speech, the court was told.
Lennon, who was surrounded by his own security guards and EDL stewards, then stepped forward and headbutted Mr McKee.
Case Proven - evidently.

Be careful of what you say, because you will leave yourself open to abuse from the 'Left'.
Abusing and criticising a person for using The Daily Mail web site, is a their 'stock in trade' when one touches a sensitive nerve.
Notice however, although they regularly lambaste the Daily Mail, they will frequently delve into it's pages when there is something that supports their own agenda.

Head-butting and calling him a 'degenerate mug' eh? Nothing worse than what happens every weekend outside any pub or club in our towns and cities.
But what about your beloved 'Left Wing' protesters
How many arrests have been made outside St Paul's?
/// Arrests linked to the camp included one person held for failing to register a new address under the Sexual Offences Act, as well as others for knife possession, assault, theft, breach of bail, breach of the peace, being drunk and disorderly and drugs. ///
/// Police have even arrested a sex offender at the site, which is littered with needles.///
/// A homelessness charity, Broadway, told social workers of concerns about a nine-year-old boy living at the site whose father was one of a group of 15 drug users who had threatened violence to others living there. ///
/// Broadway had also reported a growing threat of violence, including an incident when two women had to hide in a portable toilet for fear of being attacked by some of the men at the
camp. ///

If you were slightly more 'awake' you might have seen in my post that I had not offered a defence of the protesters;
<not once - just a defence of objectivity and factual reporting>
I accept that objectivity, fairness and honesty are traits that you have little time or space for in your rather mean and distorted model of the world.
And as for
<<the camp included one person held for failing to register a new address under the Sexual Offences Act>>
Apart from the fact that includes a wide variety of offences with varying degrees of seriousness, I am surprised you would even bother to mention it bearing in mind your past declarations of acceptance of paedophiles as long as they are EDL members or similar.

That is a complete lie, I do not accept paedophiles, whatever organisation they might belong to.
Unless you withdraw this obscene lie, I will report you for making abusive comments towards me.

If you do report me I will trawl back through your posts and copy a link to the one I am correctly referring to
in which you stated
(I paraphrase)
<<it was better to stand shoulder to shoulder with english patriots even if they were paedophiles>>
I will if you want me to.
But if you annoy me into wasting my valuable time on that I will feel obliged to remind you of it repeatedly by posting a link to your own offending comment onto every thread you start.

Bring it on, i have nothing to be ashamed of, in fact it will be interested to see how my words have been twisted into saying something that I never said.
Perhaps you would also care to read your reference to paedophiles, when you used them in your wrongful analogy.
/// Methinks certain people do protest too much, and trying to disguise making excuses for the edl as some defence of our freedom is like defending paedophiles with the excuse that mentoring children is a good thing. ///
Seems strange why you chose paedophiles in your failed analogy.
