you could get a electric radiator...that would be ideal..

The only option left is heat by electric which means either a Oil filled bathroom radiator, mounted on the wall and 'hard-wired' into a fused spur, or if you are on a budget you could consider the infra-red heater combined into the bathroom light. haven't seen one for a long time but they are around.
