Giving Blood

I havent given for some years,and was thinking of giving again,anyone do this on a regular basis?

Well I'm showing my age now. It's a bu88er when you still feel like you're only 21.

I used to work for large company and the mobile collection vehicle came round regularly. Since that situation changed I am ashamed to say I have stopped giving.

used to do it but had to stop at perimenopause as it made me too dizzy

I used to donate. Unfortunately I needed an emergency blood transfusion four years ago, and have now been precluded from donating :-(
It seems so ironic that they will give me blood, but not take it back again
