Been fine recently :)

So havent bothered with docs...

Used the odd bachs spray ...

Untill today- bad afternoon :0( now annoyed cos its usualy only nights im affected. DOH

Doc tomorrow- getting out of control. Was silly to leave it wasnt i- but thought i was ok xx

come on tinks, some deep breathing, some meditation perhaps, just to bring calm to your mind and body.

anything been bothering you in that you need to vent out on here......

hello tinks hun. Agree with gness about the knitting idea - it not only distracts you but you are actuallly watching something take shape - very rewarding. And you can apparently download free knitting patterns on the internet. Worth a try?

well my casting on was too tight so i redone it!!!

I got material in for my blanket today too :0D

Ive been trying to knit and learn and unravel it and start again- not lost patience yet LOL xx

I got a fantastic book by Dr Claire Weekes called 'self help for your nerves'. It's so reassuring to read and it really helps to know how many people suffer with anxiety and overcome it. I too do knitting (just started an Aran jumper) and it helps a lot :)
I am a bit panicky today-I am going on a long train journey-ooer!!
