Clearwater Beach Hotel

Some years ago, we stayed at the above hotel in Florida. It was in colonial style, white with a red roof and some holiday suites as well. It was right on the beach in the northern part of the resort. We would like to go back, but cannot find it in any brochures or online.

has it changed its name or has it been pulled down and a huge complex built on it.

Hopefully someone can help.

Hi, why not go on Google Earth and have a look. If you have a rough idea where it is it will be quite easy to find. There is a hotel by that name so you could see if it's the same one. Just type Clearwater beach hotel, Florida into the search bar on it and it will take you straight there.

I found it - or rather where it was! They pulled it down and put up the Sandpearl Resort which is like every other hotel in Clearwater - what a shame!
