My elderly uncle has a history of thrombosis. He was on warfarin until he had an angioplasty 3 months ago. Warfarin was stopped, and is now on aspirin and clopidogrel.
Today he has a very swollen ankle (suggesting a problem). I've advised seeing the doc first thing in the morning (which I will make sure he does) is there anything I should be doing in the mean time?
Thanks Sqad. Ankle is probably not thrombosis, is it? Just chatted to my mum and she reckons it's more likely to be related to his kidney problems! What do I know?
Anyhow, still making sure he sees the doc tomorrow.
