My husband ordered some Kindle books from Amazon last week and still not come onto Kindle. He has forgotten his password too. He pressed help button and an expert sent details how to do it but not worked either. He gets a message saying not connected to WIFI. Can anyone help please

Possible problems:

* Your Kindle does not have its wireless switched on
* Your Kindle is not connecting to the router - possibly because the wifi password is not correctly set. Note, that's the wifi password, not your Amazon password
* Your Kindle is not synched to your Amazon account.

From everything you've said, I would guess the wifi password...

WIFI problem will be because his laptop is to far away from the router. Phone 0800 496 1081 will get you to Amazon (Free call)
Which Kindle does he have?

* Kindle
* Kindle Touch
* Kindle Keyboard

See this page if you're not sure, and tell us which Kindle his looks most like (the area below the screen is different on all three Kindles):

he shouold be able to get his
oops try again...

He should be able to get his Amazon password reset by clicking the 'forgotten your password' link on the log in page and following the prompts.

Once he can access his Amazon kindle account he can opt to have it delivered by USB instead.( I have had to do this before as my Kindle refuses to connect to my wi-fi at home no matter what I try!)
Has he switched the wifi off on the kindle?. I did that for the plane going on holiday and forgot about it when I got back.

He said he might connect old hub and see if that still works. Otherwise he may do something drastic he is at the end of his tether with it.

Sorry !! It was something to do with password on new hub.
That's great news, handygran. As suspected, it was the wifi password ("password on new hub").
Glad he got it sorted :)
