Thanksgiving

Today is the day when all our American friends pig out and eat and eat and eat until they are fit to burst.

Thursday.

Traditional turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry/orange relish, homemade diner rolls, candied sweet potatoes green beans from the garden and a roast carrot/parsnip medley also fresh from the garden. All followed by pumpkin pie or pecan pie and fresh, homemade vaniila bean ice cream...you're welcome anytime on Thanksgiving at our house...

Not my American friends, they all have interesting or exciting things to do (as well as having a slap-up meal in the evening).
