I've got endorsements on my driving licence but I'm not sure if I need to declare them as convictions? I'm 99% sure they're not, but please could someone confirm. I'd be very grateful.

No, you don't need to declare them. A 'conviction' is a recorded incident on a criminal record - speeding fines don;t count.
It all depends if the job you are getting involves driving - if so tell them, you dont want to be in an accident without insurance, which will be instantly void when they find out!
depends on the wording - if it's talking about declaring convictions for a criminal offence that aren't spent, no you don't have to mention it. If it is a job that involves driving, they will always ask separately if you have a licence and if it's been endorsed - then you obviously have to declare.
