It is not as if God has left you ignorant of him, groping about blindly. Which you do,
He gave the Athenians and us a basis for learning about him. At Romans 1:20 Paul later wrote: “[God’s] invisible qualities are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and Godship.” God is really not that far off from us if we want to find him and learn about him.—Acts 17:27.
But if ultimate meaning in life were nonexistent, then you would have no purpose in living other than to try to do some measure of good and perhaps pass on your genetic traits to the next generation.
If what the Bible says is true, life does have meaning. Our Creator has a loving purpose that extends to all who choose to live in accord with his will.
That purpose includes the promise of life in a world free of chaos, conflict, and corruption—and even free of death.—Psalm 37:10, 11 and such a belief is not based on mere wishful thinking. The evidence is clear—life was created.

@Goodlife Nice try - but, the evidence is not "clear", that a god created everything. In fact, there is no evidence to support such a position. Just faith, and that is not enough.
god is invisible because he is not there.
There is no ultimate purpose in life - at least, not one given to us by some invisible nonexistent creator. There is a biological imperative to life - to pass on ones genes, ensuring a kind of immortality - but the absolute beauty of being a human is that you create your own purpose in life.
If the bible is true, the god so described could at best be described, charitably, as a mental case - a schizophrenic with a jealous heart and a murderous intent. willing to see sin and transgression in any action.
No evidence. A book full of inconsistency and error, edited and politicised. A contradictory message , offering murder and xenophobia as well as love. A message routinely perverted by some of the more fundamentalist believers. A religion manufactured or co-opted by special interest groups.
Thats nothing to be proud of, and nothing to have faith in.
