That's a whole new thread. I have never used/eaten lentils.
They feature massively in my new diet (not a 'diet' diet) so I need to get using them really.
Lots of soups without cream. French onion. Spicy tomato. Potato and leek. Vegetable. Cabbage. Just make sure you have a decent stock, beef or chicken. Vegetable obviously if you are vegetarian.
