Cups Of Tea - How Many?

Just wondering how many cups of tea(or coffee) you normally drink a day?
I was speaking to a woman the other day who said she has up to 30 cups a day!! That seems a ridiculously high amount.
I dont think I have more than 4 - one when I wake up, maybe one before I go to work, one at work and one when I get in - thats it.

I drink mostly water but my Mother has lovely coffee so if I'm at hers I have maybe 4 cups and if I'm at my Dad's I scoff away at the big Irish teapot he has going on all day so maybe 6 cups of tea.

three cups at breakfast, no food, for me. three with eccles mid-morning, smow (she spoke highly of you!).

ps no coffee after 2pm as the oils get me - then it's maybe two teas, preferably English Breakfast or an Assam/Orange Pekoe....

About 6 mugs of tea usually, always Tetley decaff tea bags.I drink more if i have people visiting.

Yes ,it's really ridiculous. I have 4-5 in a day only.

If I had drunk coffee I would have already been banned from this site. I get so hyper if I have a sniff of coffee these days. Water or hot cordial for me.

Hi guys, I've never really thought about it...up to about 5 and it's still not midday. Will have one at lunch then go onto water after that.
