When I am ill, or hungover, there is nothing like marmite on hot buttered toast to make me feel better.

Did you know that if you put some marmite on a plate and pat it with a knife it goes white? I haven't tried it myself but this comes from a reliable source!!!

summer biting insects hate it. if you eat it you emit an odour from your body that they hate .apparently
