Exactly. JWs are fearful that exposure to rational thought could dilute the indoctrination they have so painstakingly forced upon their children.

They are also worried that you might no leve up to the bogey man image that they have painted of all those heathens that have ignored the messae of their "True Christianity".

Thank you beso. I was also stating that basically, Jesus said, 'Love your fellow man', not, 'Ignore them if they not be the same faith as thee!' Several religions seem to be of the 'I am better than you' ideal.

As far as I am aware the only ones I know of who act this way could be Plymouth Brethren.
They do keep themselves to themselves literally. I know people who lived next door to a family of PB who did not speak to them and called their children into the house when they were in the garden.
