I am only 20 and am slim and I suffer with cellulite on the backs of thighs, bum and sides of thighs. It's very depressing and I would try anytthing to get rid of it. I would like to have laser surgery but you can't get it on nhs and it is about 3 thousand pounds. I am having a galvanic current treatment course at the local college? What can anyone else recommend?
I've lost my MSN completely!!! Mind you, i never got chance to go on it - always on here!!! Lol. It was only for relatives and one or two friends anyway.
I have read on the label of some cellulite product that they use caffein. Also I know that some essential oils are good because of their detoxifying actions, like juniper, cypress and citrus oils (lemon, orange, mandarin). And most important is deep massages. So I would think a daily treatment of coffee grind scrubs under the shower and a good massage (with a wooden roller) of a blend of those oils in grapeseed oil (it's regenerative and light and easily absorbed and not expensive) should work! Plenty of exercise of course too. Hope it helps!
The most excellent recipe for cellulite reduction is simple apple cider vinegar blended with massage oil. Apple cider vinegar contains the capability to collapse fatty tissues within the body, and the massage oil will aid with the treatment. You have to combine about three parts apple cider vinegar with one part oil to make a cellulite reduction mixture. Put on this treatment to your cellulite one or two times daily for utmost efficacy.
Take caffeinated coffee grinds and ground them into dust. Rub this dust onto the affected area for 60 seconds every day and take a shower afterward. Doing so will smooth out your skin and the cellulite will be gone in no time at all.
Vitamins C and E may help to reduce cellulite. Fish oil, gingko biloba, and soy lecithin are also effective supplements that provide positive effects such as improving blood circulation, boosting metabolism, and protecting against cell damage.
