Constant Dizziness And Flying.

Hi all,

Last night whilst watching TV I suddenly felt very dizzy and nauseous. When I was in bed I found when I closed my eyes I felt that my eyeballs were rolling around in my head and the room was spinning and it wouldn't stop. It was the same when I woke this morning and it's still the same tonight. When I bend down or lie down it gets worse. I was with a friend today who suggested it may be labyrinthitis?

I am due to fly to Italy on Tuesday, will that be a problem if it is labyrinthitis? It's a bank holiday on Monday and I doubt my doc practice will be open so I'm not very sure what to do. I can get to Boots if anyone knows of any over-the-counter remedies.

Thanks everyone.

Don't much care for the diagnosis though, much prefer that of askyourgran in the post above.

Doesn't matter though, the treatment is the same..;-)
