Is it not the case that under Health and Safety at Work regulations, employers cannot deliberately expose their employees, or even themselves, to poisonous or carsinogenic substances?
It seems strange to me that there are so many exemptions.
Because as long as it suits the MPs & the Lords, it's ok..which is why cigars & scotch don't get price increases in the budget ;o)
I don't think prisoners should be allowed to smoke or have any rights for that matter. They have commited crimes serious enough to get them in prison but some are better than decent people.Some have satelitte tv, playstations etc.Some have ruined other peoples lives but they get luxuries.
