Would it have been a penalty at United's end, and would the booking for diving have been right had it been a Spurs player? Answers on a postcard please!
How fed up I am at this Constant Whinging about referees. They do the hardest job in Football for the least pay. If I were they I'd go on strike-let's see how the Multi millionares would manage without them !!
I think they do pretty well as full time refs.

I agree. No comebacks and they never have to justify nor clarify their decisions to an interviewer, yet managers are expected to comment on a refs performance and subsequently have to 'explain their comments to an FA panel', generally resulting in a fine!
That's why I like refereeing rugby union, the players and spectators get to know every decision and why I made it, then no one is left in any doubt.
If 'son of Fergie' isn't now giving Manure debatable penalties, then you know it's all over for them now. The extra 8 or 10 points they gained every season will now count against them and they are destined for top 6 at best. Wonder how long their arrogant, fickle fans will give Moyes? 5 years hopefully!
