For the plane to be supposedly so far off course someone must have gained access to the cockpit and drastically altered its course, surely?
It is utterly baffling that the plane could have crossed the peninsular (according to military radar) and flown almost at right angles to its intended direction.
Locals tell of seeing the light of such an aircraft as low as possibly 3,000 feet.
