I have BT Broadband. Lately, I have noticed it is very slow. I have done an online speed check and discover (via the uSwitch checker) that my downland speed is 0.2mbs and upload 0.6mbs. I am less than half a mile from my phone exchange. Am I being ripped off?

hans, i've just talked with my net expert and he says bt are having serious problems. and advises me to shift providers. well, i have an 18-month contract but i reckon i've got every reason to break it. and will.
normchurch.....If you have confidence in your 'net expert' then please feel free to ignore anything which I say and we can still remain friends.

I am with BT and, whilst it has Not always been heaven, it is doubtful that any ISP is better. Think again before 'burning your boats'. There was an occasion when my download speed dropped from about 6 down to one point something. However, nowadays I am smiling because my speed is always in the upper thirteens and has topped-out at 14.32. At present it is a bit on the slow side at 13.68. :-)

Hans.
