Hi, I drive an Audi A4 Wwhich is 10 years old. I've just noticed a small petrol leak underneath the rear passengers door and presume this is from the petrol filter? Can anyone let me know if my car is safe to drive to a garage etc?? And if im right about the filter how big the job is, and how much t may hit my wallet? Thanks.

The petrol filter should be a small plastic in-line filter (I think - it may well be a big metal one)

In either respect, they're pretty simple to change, being normally held on with a petorl pipe clip at either end where is goes into the petrol hose,

It's never generally a good idea tro drive a vehicle that's leaking petrol

No it is not a good idea to drive as the police can actually do u for it if they see it. take it to ur garage and get them to investigate it for u
