The LibDems have a number of seats in the South West where the Conservatives were in second place in 2010.

We can assume the LibDem vote will plummet in 2015. However, the possiblity exists that UKIP will takes votes from the Conservatives. So I think looking for Conservative gains there, is counting their chickens before they have hatched.
