I think he hit a patient and was struck off. That's why he doesn't want the police involved in anything.

In real life,the actor who plays the doctor also played Frank Sinatra on the London stage version of The Rat Pack. I am not sure if he played him on Stars In Their Eyes,because I am certain a winner from that show went on to play Old Blue Eyes somewhere inthewake ofthe show.

So, he is practsing without a liscence, how does he get his money, as no salary, no availability to drugs etc, cant fefer patients, ????
