Yes indeed! Unfortunately, this one's going to roll on a little longer - thankfully I have a BFF (am I using the argot correctly?) to help me through it :-)
What I want to know is why I feel so hardly able to get up in the mornings and yet I never want to go to bed at night. Come to think of it, perhaps the two are connected.
Occasionally. Wrap myself ( if cold season) in favourite fleecy blanket (wolves in a night sky), graze rather than make a meal. Immerse myself in a good book and drink fizzy water and slimline tonic whilst keeping warm.
If warm enough do much the same (without blanket) in the garden, planning but not doing. Usually works, setting me up for the next day.
