This will depend on the Washer / Nozzle size, If the flags are really dirty more water will be used + the area size, I would estimate 10>15 Gallons.
What difference does the area size make? The machine is running for 2 hours.
There's Karchers and there's Karchers kenny....I use a HDS710 and it will use up to 700 litres per hour at an input pressure of 3 bar.Not sure what sort TWR uses :-)
According to their blurb it uses 80% less water than a hose.
Kenny you can always use them from waterbut
If it's domestic use?

70 flags---18" x 18" (as hc mentioned) it took 2 hours --not continuous pressing of the trigger of course
If your macine is at the bottom end of the Karcher range, expect it to use 300+ litres per hour and towards the other end of the range 800+ litres would be quite normal.

So if you were using a low end washer for 2 hours .. 700 litres may have been used. Whether you were cleaning 70 flags or 70 car parks the machine has a specific flow rate measured in maximum litres per hour.
As previously stated the nozzle size or setting would have had a direct effect on the amount of water used.
