The more sexually attractive they are considered, the more they can charge for the same amount of 'on the job' activity.

Mikey, it's not odd. A drug addicted street walker might charge 20 quid for a quicky in the back off a car. An escort could charge a couple of hundred just to be taken out for dinner then they charge for the extras.

we may not use them but that doesnt mean we dont know what "look-but dont touch" might cost

High class call girls tend to make the choice, they can make quite a lot of money for one nights work....and sex doesn't have to be on the cards. Street walkers don't, in general, have that choice. All the prostitutes I've encountered are drug addicts.
