Seven Seater with a boot?

I have two children, and a baby... with another on the way. Can anyone suggest a vehicle to me that can cater them, plus have boot space for pushchairs, and shopping.... Can anyone help?!!

A vanxhall Zafira......7 seats with plenty of leg room and its comfy. The seats can all be dropped so there is boot space (if you choose to keep the two back seats down all the time you have a permanent boot!) please when me dad bough his there was a cover in it so no one can see whats in the boot!

i run a executive car company,and we have tried every 7 seater available,and trust me you cannot get 7 people in and all their luggage,in any of them,we have to use a trailer,but if you only have 3/4 kids etc,your best buy would be the espace as it safety aspect is the best out of the lot,we have 6 chrysler voyagers and we really use them because of the size.

I agree with NORMANTHEDOG. 7 seaters are notorious for lack of boot space..if you need to use all the seats then you have a miniscule boot ~ especially in the Zafira (sorry stella my sister has one & it's tiny!).

I have a Shogun and although it has the most amount of legroom in the spare seat compartment I still have very little boot space..just enough for shopping (definately no pram).

We have had to invest in a top box for luggage so we can go on holidays..and a trailer!

If you are going to buy a people carrier go and test drive them for twenty mins with all your stuff in it you will be amazed at the differences in the leg room and seat weights of these babies and some of them are not very versatile at all. I am five, three : and some of the middle seat positions were not very comfy at all. Can you get to one of the big car supermarkets like Tradesales in Slough? Where they carry lots of manf. on one site , check the net to see what is there before you leave home. We had two Galaxys as they suited the need to have staggered seats, that were mid weight, but more compact so that I can grasp/move them when Hubby away etc. you can put the seats in a line ,or not, whip one out for emergency clean. We were thinking of trading in recently (petrol to diesel issues) and the one I would have considered was the Volkswagen mid sized comparable to the Zafira in size. If you are planning on keeping it for a few years - leg spacing for four older kids in some are less than optimal for comfort!

A Metro cab can sit six plus luggage our you could put in a bid for one of the London Routemaster busses, that would give you room for a few more if you ever felt broody again.
