electric blanket problem

i have a dreamland electric blanket with a switch either side for heat etc. one side works ok but other side when switched on, a small light flashes on and off but the blanket does not heat up this...

oil filter is stuck

weeds and salt water

I've heard that you can pour salt water onto weeds to klill them off. If this is true, what concentration of salt to water is it please?? Thanks Lydia

Is there anything i can do to get rid of it? I keep looking in the supermarket but can't find anything that is suitable for a kettle its all for washing machines etc.

Help!!! When out in the garden I get awful itching on my scalp...it drives me to distraction . It doesn't bother me if they bite elsewhere...but my head itches like crazy after a few minutes of being...
