Birds flying into our patio door glass ..........

Twice this week a little goldfinch has crashed into our glass doors. Can anyone please suggest anything we can stick on the glass to stop them, which doesn't look tacky.. I have seen big coloured...

pains in leg

have terrible pains from buttock to foot on rear side of left leg. pins and needles on bottom of foot. unable to walk, been like it for three days, keeping me awake and unable to concentrate, too much...
