If your old employer owes you money and they say you dont what should you do?I have proof with my bank statments. Is it just a case of walking in and showin them or do i go through a proper procedure?

cleaning sash window panes??

Is there a way to clean the external side of sash windows from the inside? As soon as I lift the sash obviously I can't access the outer part of the lifted bit. Does it make sense?
