Fitting a back to the wall toilet.

Can a back to the wall toilet be fitted in any house? I think I read once that the waste could cause problems or did I read it wrong? I will be paying a Plumber to do this but did'nt want to buy one...

I'v done something to My shoulder, not sure what but the pain is a 10 on the pain scale. I'v had Arthritis in My neck and shoulders since I was a Teenager so I knew to rest it and up the painkillers....
