Anti-Virus probs

After yet another problem with AVG lI uninstalled it using revo uninstaller , everything - user settings , registry entries the lot . Instaled Avast , now my security center shows both of them & says...

All my minimized windows are stacking on the right of the taskbar next to the notification area , with arrows to change them if there's more than 2 . Used to all be along taskbar . This happened...
