Home Cooker

Before lashing out on the Philips Home Cooker, does anyone have one, and would they recommend it? How easy is it to adapt your own recipes when using this machine? Any comments would be very welcome....

Exercise Bike

I have a very arthritic knee and have been advised to consider buying an exercise bike. Should I consider a recumbent bike or an upright variety? Any help would be most welcome. Thank you.
