I want to 'shorten' a mp3 song I have so I could transfer it to my phone for a ringtone. How can I edit an mp3?

X-Factor age groups

Should they change the groupings? If it was up to me, along with the groups I would change it to 16-29 year olds and the 30+.. I think grouping someone in their 20s with some old age...
