glass flower vase

I have a glass vase in which I have had flowers in the past. But now there is a white film inside the vase which I can't get rid of. I have tried bicarbonate of soda and soap and water but no success....

I have added some more ram to my desktop,from 1.5 gb to 2.0 gb now have not noticed any difference in speed or would i have to add much more to see any changes,thanks.

Can this be done? So if another new poster appears who seems to have the same IP address as another, it wont get registered. (In order to tackle "trolls"). MM...
