Excel/outlook setting

I use Outlook and Outlook Express to keep work and personal emails seperate. If I select the 'e-mail' icon on task bar to send a worksheet via e-mail it always defeults to Express. How can I change it...

Upgraded to IE7 form on the on-line update from MS. Now when I go into explorer the browser hangs and I have to shutdown every time. Any ideas on what the problem might be or how do I roll it back to...

Opening a word document

When I open up a MS Word document, it wiil only open up leaving a gap of about .5" from the top of the screen. All other documents including Excel open up to a full screen. Any ideas what is causing...

Losing CD capacity

When I back-up onto CD using the XP CD writing wizard, I then look at the capacity of the CD and it has gone down to 250mb ish form 700. Why is this? Dave

Un-install problem

Trying to update a device driver, the un-install routine failed. The driver now doesn't work and I can't re-install the driver without removing the original. How do I get rid of the old driver?
