Menstrual migraines

Blood Pressure

Have just found out that my blood pressure is alot lower than it should be. Anyone know why it could be this low? Stress? Diet? And how can i improve it? All help appreciated x

im taking Loestrin 30, and im warrant myself as being really sensible about taking it at the same time every day etc etc..... but... i have now had two 'breaks' without any show. i havent got any...
