If I reset my PC to "Factory Settings" will I lose all my Progs,Photos,etc. Many Thanks for any replies.

Hard Drive Back-Up

I have backed up the Hard Drive on my HP Laptop but don't know where files have gone. I intend to move them to an External Drive. Any help appreciated.
