Advice re feeding horses

My pony is extremely over weight. She is kept on full grass livery, and I have used a grass muzzle to keep her intake down. However I have just found out that the livery owner is giving her hard feed....

Any ideas? i know that they would vary but roughly the price you would be expected to pay for a 6 month old male horse, which will be used for racing.... cheapest and most expensive. I have no idea...
