Is there a way to put your pc/laptop back to the way it was when you bought it?

I have so much stuff on my laptop that would take ages to remove...Is there a way I could restore it back to the way it was when I bought it from the shop??

I downloaded a few RAR files but I dont know what to do with them...Winace starts to extract them but I dont know what I'm to do now...can anybody help...I dont know much about this?!?!
