Changing an image logo

When i go into settings on my message board, i have a section called image options where i can change my logo image, post new topic image, post reply image and so on...how do i change the image??

Custom html on my new message board

When i go into the control panel on my message board there a section that says 'custom panel' and under that it says 'Header, Add html code to the top of your board' How do u do this though??
