Why change to Combi boiler

Does anyone have any ideas as to why one should change to a combi boiler from the older ones that have got pipes and stuff, for a house that is being let out? Does it raise property value or what?

Can I increase the size of a partition?

Is there any way of increasing the allocation of HDD space to a partition without killing everything and starting again? I'm running out of room on the bit I've allocated for my OS so service pack 2...
