House purchase without Esate Agents - Advice

I am possibly purchasing a house (235,000) and the owner is buying ours (155,000). This will be done without using Estate Agents. Does any ABer's out there have any advice, hints & tips or loops holes...

Superking size duvet covers

Anyone know where I can get a decent choice of superking size duvet covers? Don't like floral ones or the plain ones with no pattern at all. They seem to be the only ones I can find. Thanks.
